  1. Final meeting with your Project Manager
  2. You will review and sign all necessary documentation
    • Statement of Satisfaction
    • Warranty documentation
    • Final estimate
  3. Fill out punch list items if necessary
  4. Project manager will take final photos of the work performed
  5. Project Manager will collect final payment(s) to Hays
