Hays & Sons opened its door in June of 1982 with Charles, Mark and Brian Hays as the owner-operators. Charles Hays retired in 1998. Mark and Brian Hays have worked in the construction industry their entire adult lives less a period of military service. Having specialized in property reconstruction and restoration since 1982, the Hays brothers have worked extensively throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

Through focusing on their market's needs, Hays & Sons has grown from a small three-man company to one of the largest, full-service companies of its type in the Midwest. Hays & Sons Complete Restoration now offers the most complete range of specialized in-house restoration services through its 65 employees and 40-truck fleet operating out of their 26,000sf state of the art restoration plant.
