"When our house was flooded for the second time, we went to Hays and Sons. Their response time was very good, and they got the job finished efficiently with no unneccessary delays or fees. They did a good job and they did it quickly! While they were assessing and working, they communicated very well with us as to what was going on and what needed to be done. They also communicated with our insurance company, which helped our claim get processed faster. The technicians are all very polite and courteous, and they didn't take advantage or charge for things we didn't need."
